In-2-ition is a training program based on experiential learning. Using a combination of personal leadership, communication science, social psychology, circus and theatre.
The various training courses are based on the focus of unbiased action and analysis of behavior. By experiencing physically, you start to feel abstract concepts such as trust and cooperation and you start to understand how that works for you.
In this way, In-2-ition stimulates behavioral change (both individually and at group level), because pieces of the puzzle about yourself fall into place within a group.
In-2-ition helps people and organizations to understand and unleash stuck patterns.
This allows you to be better equipped to take on a daily challenge. The challenge of how you can use your strength as yourself for the benefit of the organization/collaboration. So that you are empowered to make a major contribution to the mission of your organization or team.
The training program is tailor-made for you and your organization. Your issues and stuck patterns form the basis on which we build the training. These can be in the areas of, for example, cooperation, trust, leadership, communication (at a distance), coordination in a team, setting boundaries, pushing boundaries, leadership, implementing change, blockages around cooperation or change, kick-off of a collaboration or large project, etc.
The duration of the program is at least one day from 10.00 – 16.00 hours per group of up to 12 people. Of course, in the preliminary phase and evaluation, we discuss the usefulness and necessity of follow-up and follow-up days and any wish for individual coaching arising from the plenary program.
